The house is ideally situated on the river with excellent bird watching opportunities from both the First Floor and Ground Floor Sundecks. The beautiful beaches at Kenton-on-Sea and Bushman’s River Mouth are a mere 5 minutes drive away, and the house is within 400 metres walking distance to the popular floating restaurant ‘The Sandbar’ on the river.

The house has five bedrooms, can sleep up to 8 people and is therefore ideally suitable for a large family group, or two small families. The shared open-plan Lounge, Diner and Kitchen is on the First Floor, along with three bedrooms, one double (queen-sized bed) and two singles. The ground floor is self-contained with two bedrooms, one double (queen-sized bed) and one twin, and a shared shower room with toilet and sink.

There is a pretty garden to the front of the house and a small lawned garden to the rear with lemon, lime and Paw Paw trees.
